Dedicated to customer service, we begin the process with a complimentary consultation. During this meeting we work with you to decide if a custom or catalog invitation is best for you, answer any questions you may have and provide you with Estimates. Once you have determined you would like to work with us on either a custom designed invitation or a catalog invitation we require the signed Estimate and a 50% deposit before moving into the design process. Custom Design (approx. 4-6 weeks total) At this point we help you select the invitation details, etiquette and wording for your invitation ensemble We then create your invitation sample which includes the use of your selected papers, fonts, design elements… (approx. 1-2 weeks) Once we complete your sample you come in to review it and have the opportunity to make 1 round of revisions After your revisions are made we request your signed approval for your invitations to be printed At this point in the process we prepare your invitation ensemble to be printed, release it to the printer and assemble your invitations (approx. 3-4 weeks) Catalog Invitations (approx. 2-3 weeks total) At this point we help you select the invitation details, etiquette and wording for your invitation ensemble and ask for your approval to place the order Next we place your invitation order and request a proof, for catalog invitations the proof is a black and white pdf which we email you to approve (pdf proofs usually take approximately 3 days to come in) Upon approval of your invitation ensemble proofs they will be printed and shipped to our office for you to pick up.
