We can't tell you how excited we are that one of our lovely brides, Jordan Fields, was featured on Style Me Pretty Texas Weddings today! As Dawn from Style Me Pretty said in the article... "when we first spotted this breathtaking number captured by JW Baugh Photography, it was crazy excitement from the very first beautiful image. Because when an uber-stunning duo, Stonebrook Hall at Amber Springs and the fab stylings of A Style Collective team up for a rustic chic soiree, that’s a recipe for some serious pretty..."
Before meeting with Jordan about their wedding stationery, I asked about their style to get a clear idea of what she was envisioning.. "I am marrying my college sweetheart, Steven Rhoads. The wedding will be very vintage and eclectic -- we are mixing burlap and lace, and rustic wood with crystal chandeliers. We are using old doors and blue mason jars as decor, and we will be using a lot of other vintage elements to decorate and create a unique atmosphere..."
We started with their truly unique save the dates; Jordan said "I want to do something very different from the traditional card or magnet", and that is just what we delivered. Complete with a couple of creative engagement photos (beautifully done by JW Baugh Photography) and fun typography, this playful save the date actually ties a knot when it is opened!
Continuing with the "shabby-chic" theme, we created a tri-fold pocket invitation on kraft paper to bring in the burlap feel. Lace, ribbon, and a rhinestone wrapped this pocket invitation right up! Inside we included a playful mad-lib response postcard and information card featuring a grand tree motif (very fitting for their venue!). It was such a wonderful experience working with Jordan + Steven on their wedding invitations; because they were so passionate about the look and feel of their wedding invitations, we were able to take their ideas to reality.
We had such an amazing time working with this couple, and we couldn't be happier for them! Congrats!
