The invitation suite is the first glimpse your guests get to see for your celebration.

Now for the extras in your suite:

The Briscoe Manor Tasting is always an event I LOVE being a part of and this one topped them all! They asked if we could help by creating an invitation suite for each of the four section designs and we jumped at the idea! Briscoe’s own Ashley Manchaca and Jamie Eggleton came up with the four different design ideas and with a little inspiration from both we were creating & designing.
IKAT THE ONE
Cute name right!?! This suite was so much fun! The yellow and navy color combo helped to pull off a more rustic vibe. Invitation, response card, wedding day program, hashtag sign, hand lettering, and envelope – OH MY!
I LOVE YOU DEER
Rustic meet Golden Sparkle! And boy did they hit it off! Our suite mixed soft florals with hunter green and antlers. The coordinating save the date, menu, place cards, “Will you be my bridesmaid?” wine bottle were adored, but these teeny tiny antlers with a touch of sweet florals by Dream Bouquet were the talk of this section! Our one and only Ashby added coordinating modern calligraphy to the envelope, some vintage stamps and cute doodles, which are starting to be the tiniest of detail but biggest of trends.
RUSTIC RED & PUNCHY PINK
Glamorous! Just Glamorous! This section was gorgeous, modern and oh so elegant! Our suite created with modern geometric & metallic accents included a save the date, invitation, envelope liner, program, menu, modern take on a place cards, and a snapchat geofilter (yep, we can even help you with your wedding geofilter!).
You should have seen the craze over this section and invitation suite full of pastel florals and rose accents! We created an invitation with rose gold foil printing and floral details along with coordinating response card, menu, and envelope with modern calligraphy and vintage stamp.
Such soft touches were brought into this table with the pinks and blues from Dream Bouquet beautiful florals and decor. House of Hough brought the table linens including this amazing lace overlay. I might have tried taking this table runner home with its petals, while Kristen is trying to take away the chairs!
And that's a wrap on another wonderful Briscoe Manor Tasting!
We may be a little late to let you know but we are still really excited that Kaci and Bretton's wedding was featured on MODwedding!
A special thanks to Big Sky Barn and Kyleigh at EnVogue Events for including us in the stunning photoshoot for this exquisite and rustic venue in Montgomery that has a beautiful chapel and reception area. Here are a few of our favorite highlights!
Like the mirror graphics? We'd love to create them for your wedding or special event!
Love the rustic combination of Big Sky Barn and Kyleigh's vision for a modern and geometric table scape! Menu design, place card and invitation suite (below) by none other then our sweet and creative design team!
Check out this geometric place card! My current fav!
There's nothing better then creating an invitation suite and being able to carry the design into complimentary items for the ceremony and reception! Watercolor, geometric, gold accents & a rustic barn - what a stunning combination!

So, I thought I would take time to tell you just how wonderful and important Sarah is to me! Almost 4 years ago I hired Sarah to help out part time at Invitation Solutions. Well, lets just say that was one of the best decision I have made since I started Invitation Solutions 12 years ago.
Since then she has become the strength behind Invitation Solutions. She is our lead designer and if you haven't had the pleasure of working with her I hope you get to soon! She brings her amazing design sense, ability to put together the most beautiful color palettes and the artistic ability to create stunning watercolors effortlessly.
I could go on, but instead I'll post some of her recent work which speaks for itself, and encourage you to call to set up a time to meet with her for your upcoming wedding or special event!
Gorgeous gold foil! Love that liner!
Beautifully designed Montego Bay destination wedding invitation suite!
Lushious laser cut invitation jacket!
Nothing better then white foil!
Sarah, thanks so much for all you do for Invitation Solutions and for being an amazing friend!
So, Sarah had this idea to add a big positive & cute quote to this wall in the office that was in desperate need of some good vibes. After a lengthy list of hit and miss options things started falling into place a few weeks ago when Keala found a quote we all thought would be just right for the Invitation Solutions studio! Next thing I knew Katy drew an awesome sketch, we were lucky enough to borrow a projector from Samantha at Soireebliss! and today our wall is on it's way to looking fabulous! Thanks team!
On this RAINY day, I thought I would would would post how awesome our wall turned out and let Katy know — I LOVE IT!
We had a blast working with Caroline on her wedding invitation and stationery suite for her stunning North Carolina wedding. I especially loved her gorgeous bronze foil note cards and envelope liner! I might just have to make myself a set!
I'm so excited to work with Emily & David on their wedding stationery suite — especially after seeing their super cute engagement photos! (I knew they would be cute but goodness! love them!) They are using Thomas & Penelope who picked out a farm for the photoshoot and let me tell you the pictures turned out great!
So, I started working on their save the dates today (so fun — love my job!) and thought I'd share a few design ideas.
What do you think? Pretty cute, right!?! Well it helps when you have a cute couple and I love it when our clients give us the creative freedom to — well be creative.
We are excited to share with you the launch of our new website! There are a bunch of fresh new designs from our super friendly, helpful and talented design team; and we will be adding new content throughout the coming weeks— so check back often.
Oh, and if you happen to notice something you love, or something that's not quite right we'd love to hear your feedback!
Earlier this year I decided I kinda wanted to start over, I mean not completely, just reevaluate after 10 years in business and refocus on why I started Invitation Solutions, what is most important to me and how to improve what we provide to our clients. So, in more ways than I originally realized I really just wanted to get back to our roots. To fill you in I need to start back in 1974 when my Grandpa decided to move from the suburbs of Chicago to Houston and open a Speedy Printing franchise. With no printing experience, no ties to Houston, 3 kids in college and 1 in middle school he left all he knew in the north to create a better life for his family. I must say he did have a degree from Princeton (smart guy for sure!) and the most amazing wife (aka: Grandma RA) you could ever imagine, so the odds were definitely in his favor. He developed a very successful business and was an amazing entrepreneur in the printing industry. As he was growing his business, my mom also started her own business, Right-Type, doing typesetting and pre-press layout in order to have a flexible schedule allowing her to spend more time with her 2 favorite "kiddos". For this extra time she spent with us I am forever grateful as I lost my mom to cancer way too early when I was just 11. I grew up with entrepreneurs all around me showing me what hard work and dedication can help you achieve and also allow you the flexibility to do. Anyway, needless to say years passed and I headed off to college. Unsure what to major in I happened upon a graphic communications class and loved it! Three years later and about a semester from graduating with a graphic communications major and print technology minor it clicked! Not sure why I hadn't realized before but I was proudly following in my mom's footsteps.
So, going back to our roots means so much more than just the roots I started Invitation Solutions with 11 years ago. It reminds me how important family is, each and every day is so precious and by owning my own business I too, just like my mom, can have the flexibility to spend time with my sweet daughter and family while still getting to design and work along side great people.
We are going back to our roots, the early days of Invitation Solutions, to better serve our client with appointments required allowing us to give our full attention to each client. We are going back to our roots and remembering what my Grandpa always used to tell me, smile! We are going back to our roots and reinventing ourselves as the forward thinking, customer focused, graphic design company I started Invitation Solutions out to be 11 years ago. We are going back to our roots and helping our clients create an entire experience down to the small details that make each event even more personal.
Coming in the next few months you will see the addition of an awesome new product line called The Design Collection. In addition, we will be focusing our attention on a smaller client base in order to better help produce the best stationery suites for each special client that we are able to work along side. And, cross your fingers, you will see more blog posts, Instagram sneak peaks of projects we are working on, and pins to help you put your wedding inspiration board together.
I look forward to chatting with you soon!
Hooray fall is here!! While we were eagerly awaiting the crisp air, changing of the leaves and wearing our boots; we were feeling inspired. Sarah put together a new Farm to Table inspired invitation suite, Kristen hit the Farmer's Market to shoot some photos and I got to work pinning all things fall on our latest Pinterest board. Take a look at what had us anticipating the cooler weather and sunny skies! We surely hope that it is here to stay.
Happy Fall from Invitation Solutions!

So, today we got our booth at the Bridal Extravaganza all set up, had lunch at Zoes (YUM!) and decided to spruce the place up a bit. After a couple trips to Home Depot (thanks Sarah and Shae!) it's looking pretty cute!
